Marco helps businesses access financing for international trade, but the platform had usability challenges: users struggled to navigate the system, manage documents, and track their financing requests.
The challenge was to redesign the platform to make it clearer, more intuitive, and efficient, ensuring that businesses could request financing and manage their operations seamlessly. The experience needed to be transparent, fast, and reliable, aligning with real user needs.
